- Monthly breakdown of any work done since receiving benefit
(dates and amounts.)
- Any letters received from SSA
- Any income information,
earnings, bank statements, etc.

After You Speak with a CWIC... |
- Decide what you would like to
do about work.
- Follow any recommendations
given by the CWIC, such as calling
an Employment Network,
housing assistance, transportation assistance, etc.
- Make an appointment to plan your benefit around your
decision.
- If you make a plan and your circumstances change, or you
encounter a problem with your benefit, contact your CWIC.
